My relationship with Twig’m began in summer 2024 at their Smorgasburg pop-up in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. There, I watched Chef Sean and Jenny build their food, voice, and community with passion.

A year later, I helped them create their first small Korean fried chicken shop at The Bowery Market (80sf²) in NOHO. Through that project, I saw Twig’m grow from a food concept into a warm gathering place.

Now, I am working with them again on their new Lower East Side location (650sf²). The design is inspired by Sean’s personal story, the way the food is made, and Twig’m’s spirit of hospitality. These ideas are brought into the space with warmth, honesty, and intention.
